We repair leaking roofs and believe that maintenance is important to ensure that any roofing system lasts as it is intended. Too often during replacements, we have to repair damage to the building that could have been prevented with an annual inspection of the roof and water drainage system. This sometimes is as simple as removing debris and allowing water to flow off the roof.

We offer at no cost an initial inspection of a building so that we can determine the condition of the existing roofing system and other components. From there we prepare a report with photographs on any needed maintenance we find with a price quotation for the work. We would also provide our detailed recommendations for an annual or bi-annual inspection with a price quotation.
