Building Works Ltd. was established in 2010, continuing a long family history in the construction industry. In my extensive experience over the last 46 years, I have managed building projects of all sizes, from single family dwellings to high rise buildings, to restoring some of Vancouver’s “Leaky Condo Buildings“. I got my initial training and work ethic from my father, who was a successful speculative single-family house builder in Vancouver’s energetic and demanding market.  I have also gained extensive training in Project Management, The National Building Code, Concrete Technology, and Construction of Building Envelopes at BCIT. I am also a real estate investor, owning properties in Calgary, Vancouver, and the US.

Building Works Ltd. is a building restoration contractor specializing in building envelopes. We are made up of three distinctive divisions - Building Works Ltd., Mold Squad, and BW Windows and Doors.

We provide property owners with solutions to problem areas of their homes or buildings that are not performing to their expectations.
